Laudamus—Latin for praise—is our flagship Shiraz, produced only in exceptional vintages. This modern expression of Barossa Shiraz comes exclusively from our original “house block,” planted in 2001 by our father and brother John. The vines grow on shallow Terra Rossa red clay loam over limestone, yielding small crops of intensely flavoured, high-quality fruit that capture the vineyard’s unique character.
