Hand‑picked Chardonnay from a 21‑year‑old vineyard on calcareous, pebble‑rich soils near Cadreita. Fermented and aged six months in small French oak barrels with bâttonage, giving richness and finesse. Aromas of ripe apricot, pineapple, lime and floral notes layered with subtle vanilla.
